Terms of Service

Bookings & Advance

A 40% advance confirms your booking and reserves your date. Dates are held only once the advance is received.

Standard terms are 40% advance, 40% on the shoot day and 20% on delivery, unless a custom milestone plan is agreed in your quotation.

Advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted against a rescheduled date within six months, subject to availability.

Editing and delivery timelines are shared per project and tracked in your client portal. Express delivery is available as an add-on.

Blink Once retains copyright of all created work. Clients receive a licence for personal use. Commercial usage terms are defined per project.

Quotations are valid for 15 days from the issue date and are subject to final confirmation of scope and availability.
